I use absurdity to make room for the parts of life that refuse to behave.

My work explores the tension between social expectation and individual freedom. Through painting, sculpture, and mixed media, I return to resistance, isolation, vulnerability, color, and the human form.

“Lying flat” is not passive apathy in my work. It is a deliberate pause—a refusal of overproduction and consumer pressure, and a search for a quieter relationship with myself.
